I was born and raised in Rochester NY. Tennis was a huge part of my life since I was 7 years old - from playing in juniors and competing at the D1 level, to coaching collegiately, as well as teaching players of all ages and levels for over 10 years. While the sport definitely served its purpose in my life, it’s time to move forward and lead in a new way.

My spiritual journey started when I fell in love with yoga several years ago. It was my outlet to bring some balance and ‘me time.’ In doing so, I grew curious in strengthening the mind-body-soul connection and learning more about it.

Since then, the portal has gradually opened with each passing year, but Summer 2019 fueled my most recent upleveling and awakening. I dove into learning more about the metaphysical and energy healing and it has completely transformed my life. I have since completed Astrology Levels 1 & 2 with Cosmic Queen Danielle Paige, a 6-month Soul Mastery Coaching Certification Program with the amazing Amanda Marit, and a Level 1 Human Design Certification with Jessica Rose. In addition, I am also certified in Usui Holy Fire Reiki Levels 1 &2.

I combine astrology, human design, energy work, oracle cards, and the healing energy of oils and crystals to help you transform your life and connect you back to your Highest Self, so that you can create the life YOU want to live.
